The achievement comes just five months after InstaHelp crossed the 50,000 daily delivered orders mark, reflecting strong consumer demand for fast home services across India’s metropolitan cities.

Launched as a pilot project in Mumbai in March 2025, InstaHelp has expanded into selected micro-markets across major metros. The platform offers housekeeping services including:

Urban Company says these services are typically delivered within 10 to 15 minutes of booking, catering to consumers seeking convenience and faster turnaround times.

He added that Urban Company continues to prioritize Net Transaction Value (NTV) and contribution per order as key indicators of long-term business health and profitability.
