Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. (NSE: RELINFRA, BSE: 500390) has announced the resignation of Ivan Saha, Chief Executive Officer of its Renewable Business, according to a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges on Friday.
The company disclosed that Saha has resigned from his position as a Senior Management Personnel, with his resignation becoming effective July 31, 2026.
Resignation Cited for Personal Reasons
In his resignation letter addressed to the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Infrastructure, Ivan Saha stated that he was stepping down due to personal reasons.

Company Makes Regulatory Disclosure
Reliance Infrastructure disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which requires listed companies to inform stock exchanges about material changes in senior management.
The filing clarified that the change relates to the resignation of a senior management executive. The company did not announce an immediate successor for the role of CEO of its Renewable Business.
The resignation is effective from July 31, 2026, as mentioned in the regulatory filing.
