AMJ Land Holdings Limited has announced key changes to its senior management, including the appointment of Megha Goel as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Sahil Dudani as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, following approvals by the Board of Directors.
The appointments were approved at the Board meeting held on August 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI’s Listing Regulations.
Surendra Kumar Bansal Resigns as CFO
The Board took note of the resignation of Surendra Kumar Bansal from the position of Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2026, citing personal reasons.
However, Bansal will continue to serve the company as Whole-time Director and Key Managerial Personnel, with his resignation being limited only to the role of CFO.
Megha Goel Appointed Chief Financial Officer
The Board approved the appointment of Megha Goel as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 2, 2026.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Goel has more than 10 years of experience in corporate accounts, financial reporting and statutory audits. She has been associated with AMJ Land Holdings since March 2022.
Sahil Dudani Takes Charge as Company Secretary
The company has also appointed Sahil Dudani (ACS 70115) as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective August 1, 2026.
An Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Dudani brings around four years of experience in corporate secretarial functions, corporate governance, compliance under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations and allied corporate laws.
Board Strengthens Key Managerial Positions
The appointments form part of the company’s leadership transition within its key managerial personnel while ensuring continuity in financial and compliance functions.
AMJ Land Holdings stated that the appointments were made based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, wherever applicable, in line with corporate governance requirements.
