LEAP India, the KKR-backed supply chain management and asset pooling solutions provider, is set to launch its ₹2,480-crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) for public subscription on August 7, 2026. The IPO will remain open until August 11, while the anchor investor portion will open on August 6.
The company is expected to finalize the share allotment on August 12, with the shares likely to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 14. The IPO’s price band will be announced separately on August 3.
IPO Structure: Fresh Issue Increased to ₹480 Crore
The public issue comprises:
- Fresh issue: ₹480 crore
- Offer for Sale (OFS): ₹2,000 crore
- Total issue size: ₹2,480 crore
The fresh issue size has been increased from the originally proposed ₹400 crore to ₹480 crore, while the OFS component remains unchanged.
Promoter entities Vertical Holdings II and KIA EBT Scheme 3 will sell shares worth approximately ₹1,998.62 crore and ₹1.37 crore, respectively, through the OFS.
Debt Reduction a Key Objective
According to the company’s offer documents, ₹360 crore from the fresh issue proceeds will be used to repay or prepay outstanding borrowings, while the remaining amount will be allocated toward general corporate purposes. The company’s consolidated borrowings stood at ₹1,023.2 crore as of June 2026.
