The company plans to utilize the proceeds to strengthen its balance sheet by reducing debt:
- ₹683.24 crore will be used to repay or prepay certain outstanding borrowings.
- ₹728.69 crore will be invested in key subsidiaries—Juniper Green Gamma One, Juniper Green Kite, and Juniper Green Power Five—to help them repay existing debt.
ICICI Securities is the book-running lead manager for the IPO, while KFin Technologies is the registrar.
