August 4, 2026: Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has announced the completion of the acquisition of the remaining 44.6% stake in Flight Simulation Solutions Private Limited (FSSPL) through its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Limited (ADSTL). With the transaction now complete, FSSPL and its subsidiary Flight Simulation Technique Centre Private Limited (FSTC) have become wholly owned subsidiaries of ADSTL.
The acquisition marks another strategic step in Adani Group’s efforts to strengthen its defence and aerospace capabilities, particularly in simulation-based pilot training and advanced defence technologies.
Adani Completes 100% Acquisition of FSSPL
In a regulatory filing dated August 4, 2026, Adani Enterprises informed the stock exchanges that ADSTL has successfully completed the purchase of the remaining 44.6% equity stake in Flight Simulation Solutions Private Limited, in accordance with the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) executed on July 16, 2026.
Prior to the transaction, ADSTL already held a 55.40% stake in FSSPL.
Following the completion of the acquisition:
- ADSTL now owns 100% of Flight Simulation Solutions Private Limited.
- Flight Simulation Technique Centre Private Limited (FSTC), a subsidiary of FSSPL, has also become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of ADSTL.

Strategic Expansion in Defence and Aviation
The acquisition further strengthens Adani Defence Systems & Technologies’ presence in India’s defence and aerospace ecosystem.
Flight Simulation Solutions is engaged in simulation-based aviation training, while its subsidiary Flight Simulation Technique Centre supports pilot training infrastructure and simulation services. Bringing both companies under full ownership is expected to enhance operational integration and support Adani’s long-term defence strategy.
Earlier Transaction Announced in July
Adani Enterprises had earlier informed stock exchanges on July 16, 2026 regarding the execution of the Share Purchase Agreement for acquiring the remaining stake from the existing shareholders of FSSPL.
The company noted that all details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with the applicable SEBI circular, had already been disclosed in the earlier filing.
The latest announcement confirms only the successful completion of the transaction.
