How to File a Complaint
To file a complaint on the EPFIGMS website, follow these steps:
- Visit the EPFIGMS website.
- Click on “Register Grievance” and select your status (PF member, EPS pensioner, employer, or others).
- Enter your claim ID if available, or select “no”.
- Enter UAN details, security code, and click “Get Details”.
- Click “Get OTP” and enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
- Submit your personal details (name, gender, contact information, address, etc.).
- Click on “PF account number”.
- Select the type of complaint and add required documents.
- Submit the complaint.
You will receive an SMS confirmation once your complaint is successfully submitted.
