Overall, the Q3FY26 sales performance was supported by continued market recovery and strong order flow across commercial vehicle categories.
Growth Drivers
The company’s sales momentum benefitted from favourable market conditions, including a continued uptick in construction and mining activity post-monsoon and sustained demand from logistics and commercial fleets. Moderate growth in SCVs and pickups also contributed to the overall performance.
The company noted that the positive trend seen in HCV and ILMCV segments reflected broader economic activity, particularly in infrastructure and end-use sectors.
Outlook
Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles said that it anticipates demand to remain robust in Q4FY26, supported by government infrastructure spending and strong freight movement, which are expected to further drive commercial vehicle sales.
