HCL Technologies is set to sell a 0.46% equity stake worth Rs 1,757 crore in a block deal on June 28, according to CNBC-TV18 sources. The floor price for the deal is expected to be Rs 1,414.9 per share, reflecting a 2.75% discount to the current market price.
Samhi Hotels:
Several significant transactions were reported in Samhi Hotels after hours. Gopikishan Shivkishan Damani sold 8.1% of shares at an average price of Rs 265.1 per share, while Radhakishan Shivkishan Damani exited the company by selling 11.34% at an average of Rs 265.05 per share. Kiran Devi Damani also sold a 0.62% stake at Rs 283.3 per share.
Archean Chemical Industries:
Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio acquired a 0.5% stake in Archean at an average price of Rs 658 per share, alongside Nishtha Investment & Consultancy Services purchasing the same amount at Rs 669.22 per share. Piramal Natural Resources, however, sold 2.74% at Rs 658 per share, with India Resurgence Fund – Scheme 2 and Scheme 1 offloading 7.38% at the same price.
CSB Bank:
FIH Mauritius Investments sold a 9.72% stake in CSB Bank at an average price of Rs 352.75 per share. Conversely, several investors, including Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, India Acorn Icav, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, and Amansa Holdings, acquired a 6.97% stake each at the same price.

Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund A/C Kotak Balanced Advantage Fund divested a 0.53% stake in Zee Entertainment at an average price of Rs 154.2 per share.
