RITES Limited, a leading engineering consultancy and project management firm under the Ministry of Railways, has announced that it has secured a major contract worth ₹372.68 crore (exclusive of GST) from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) for the construction of a new Outpatient Department (OPD) building at its Bengaluru campus.
The company shared this update in a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the BSE on November 3, 2025, in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Project Details
According to the filing, RITES received a Letter of Award from NIMHANS for providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the construction of the new OPD building on a turnkey basis.
The project will be executed over a period of 36 months and includes a comprehensive scope covering planning, design, construction, and project management.
