Clean Science & Technology’s promoter group, including Krishnakumar Boob, Parth Maheshwari, and Ashok Boob, sold close to 24% of their stake, valued at approximately Rs 2,750 crore, through open market transactions on Thursday.
Key transactions within the group included:
- Krishnakumar Ramnarayan Boob: 26 lakh shares at Rs 1,080.48 per share
- Nilima Krishnakumar Boob: 23.6 lakh shares at Rs 1,085.32 per share
- Parth Ashok Maheshwari: 30 lakh shares at Rs 1,078.81 per share
- Ashok Ramnarayan Boob: 49.8 lakh shares at Rs 1,078.03 per share
- Asha Ashok Boob: 70 lakh shares at Rs 1,077.57 per share
- Ashok Ramnarayan Boob: 23.3 lakh shares at Rs 1,079.51 per share
- Shradha Anish Kariwala: 32.05 lakh shares at Rs 1,077.63 per share
Cumulatively, the promoter group sold 2.5 crore shares, representing a 23.98% stake worth Rs 2,749.87 crore.
On the buyer side, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, Norges Bank (Government Pension Fund Global), Nippon India Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, and VQ Fastercap Fund acquired 96.17 lakh shares (9% stake) for Rs 1,044.25 crore.
Following the trades, Clean Science shares ended the session at Rs 1,149 on NSE, down 2.69% amid heavy volumes.

- Zee Media Corporation: Open market activity saw shares fall 2.16% to Rs 12.67. Auv Innovations LLP bought 1 crore shares at Rs 12.99, while Miloeux Media & Entertainment sold 1.047 crore shares at the same price. Miloeux Media holds a 22.51% stake (14.08 crore shares) as of June 2025.
- Tata Communications: Shares declined 3.42% to Rs 1,589 after NWBP, acting as DP of First State Asia PAC LDRS FD, sold 14.79 lakh shares at Rs 1,602.34 per share. FS Investments ICVC Stewart Investors Asia Pacific Leaders Fund offloaded 19.85 lakh shares at Rs 1,590.01, totaling a 1.2% shareholding worth Rs 552.76 crore.
