Patel Retail Ltd is set to finalise the share allotment for its initial public offering (IPO) today, Friday, August 22. Investors who applied can check their IPO allotment status on the registrar’s portal, Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd.
According to BSE data, Patel Retail IPO witnessed strong demand with a subscription of 95.70 times by the close of bidding on August 21. The issue had opened on August 19 and closed on August 21.
Applicants can review the allocation details online to confirm whether shares have been allotted to them. Successful applicants will see the allotted shares reflected in their demat accounts, while those who did not receive allotment will begin receiving refunds from Monday, August 25.
As per grey market trends tracked by Investorgain, the Patel Retail IPO grey market premium (GMP) is +₹50, suggesting that shares could list at an estimated price of around ₹305 apiece, which is 19.61% above the IPO price of ₹255. Market watchers note that the GMP has shown an upward trend over the last 14 sessions, pointing towards a potentially strong listing.
The Patel Retail IPO listing date is scheduled for Tuesday, August 26, on both BSE and NSE.
