Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited (the Company) announced today, June 17, 2024, that it has issued and allotted 3,579,035 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of INR 2 each. These shares were allotted to eligible employees upon the exercise of options vested under the ‘Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2013’.
Following this allotment, the Company’s paid-up equity share capital has increased to ₹115,70,35,893.05. This total is divided into 49,60,32,064 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each, bearing ISIN INE148I01020, and 24,62,26,515 partly paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each, bearing ISIN IN9148I01010, with a paid-up value of ₹0.67 each.
