As per the IMD’s weekly forecast, Mumbai is likely to experience heavy rainfall until August 21 (Thursday), with showers expected to continue through the week.

Despite the alert, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has not announced any office closures. Workplaces and businesses are expected to function as usual unless further notifications are issued.
