Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), the state’s urban planning agency, is set to auction off 18 group housing plots valued at approximately Rs 1,700 crore in Gurugram and nearby cities, according to officials familiar with the matter.
These plots, located in Gurugram, Hisar, Rohtak, Panchkula, and Pinjor, will be allocated through an e-auction scheduled for March 4th.
An HSVP official stated that the collective reserve prices for these plots amount to around Rs 1,700 crore, with Gurugram alone accounting for plots valued at over Rs 1,100 crore.
The group housing plots vary in size, with the smallest measuring 1,938.64 square meters (0.49 acres) in Gurugram, while the largest spans 58,866.6 square meters (14.55 acres) in Panchkula.
In Gurugram, seven group housing plots are up for sale, with a combined reserve price of Rs 1,115 crore. These plots are situated in sectors 39, 45, 46, 47, 52, 57, and 110A. The most expensive plot, located in Gurugram sector 47, covers an area of 45,272.81 square meters (11.19 acres) with a reserve price of Rs 766.9 crore.
Conversely, the cheapest plot in Gurugram, spanning 2,233 square meters (0.55 acres) near Dwarka Expressway in sector 110A, is valued at Rs 20.14 crore.
The brochure highlights the prime locations of these plots, emphasizing their proximity to metro services, Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, and Dwarka Expressway. Additionally, an FAR (floor area ratio) ranging from 1.75 to 3.5 is offered, facilitating construction for developers.
The remaining 11 group housing plots, with a collective reserve price of approximately Rs 584.9 crore, are located in Panchkula, Pinjore, Hisar, and Rohtak.
These include two plots each in Panchkula and Pinjore, six parcels in Rohtak, and one in Hisar.
