Despite no activity in the mainboard segment, the SME segment of the primary market remains active. On July 12, four companies will launch their IPOs on Dalal Street, aiming to raise a total of Rs 133.34 crore, with all public issues closing on July 16.
Aelea Commodities IPO
Aelea Commodities, an agricultural products trader, plans to raise Rs 51 crore through its initial public offering (IPO) comprising a fresh issue of 53.68 lakh equity shares. The price band is set at Rs 91-95 per share. The company, which processes and trades cashews, has already raised Rs 14.52 crore from five investors via the anchor book at the upper price band. The proceeds will be used to set up a new manufacturing unit, purchase machinery for the existing unit, and for general corporate purposes.
Sati Poly Plast IPO
Sati Poly Plast, a packaging materials manufacturer, aims to raise Rs 17.36 crore through its IPO of 13.35 lakh equity shares. The price band for this book-built issue is Rs 123-130 per share. Prior to the issue opening, three investors invested Rs 4.92 crore via the anchor book. The funds will primarily be used for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
Prizor Viztech IPO
Prizor Viztech, a security and surveillance solutions provider, intends to raise Rs 25.15 crore through its IPO, consisting solely of a fresh issue of 28.91 lakh equity shares with a price band of Rs 82-87 per share. The Ahmedabad-based company raised Rs 7.08 crore via the anchor book. The proceeds will be used to set up a display center and inventory storage in Ahmedabad, meet working capital requirements, and for general corporate purposes.
Three M Paper Boards IPO
Three M Paper Boards, a recycled paper-based duplex board products maker, plans to raise Rs 39.83 crore through its IPO of 57.72 lakh equity shares at the upper price band of Rs 67-69 per share. The funds will be used to install new machinery, modernize processes, install a plastic-fired low-pressure boiler, meet long-term working capital requirements, repay debts, and for general corporate purposes.
Additionally, on July 22, Prizor Viztech and Sati Poly Plast will list their equity shares on the NSE Emerge, while Aelea Commodities and Three M Paper Boards will commence trading on the BSE SME.
