Just days after being released on bail from prison, YouTuber and winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, Elvish Yadav, has landed in fresh trouble. He, along with singer Rahul Yadav, also known as Fazilpuriya, has been accused of unlawfully using snakes and using abusive language during the filming of their song ’32 Bore’.
The case has been registered under Section 294 of the Indian Penal Code at the Badshahpur police station in Gurugram. According to Satish Deshwal, SHO of Badshahpur police station, they have received a court order to file an FIR against Elvish Yadav and Fazilpuriya under Section 156(3) of the IPC, as well as under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and the Wildlife Protection Act.
An FIR has been lodged based on the complaint, and further investigation will be carried out. The complainant has provided a video link as evidence, which will be verified during the investigation. It is alleged that Elvish Yadav and others were seen using various snakes, which is prohibited under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, in a viral video.
The incident is said to have taken place in a Gurgaon mall, where Yadav and unidentified individuals were reportedly involved in additional unlawful activities.
Previously, Yadav was arrested following an FIR registered against him and five others at the Noida Sector 49 police station for allegedly supplying snake venom suspected to be used as a recreational drug at a rave party in Noida. However, he was granted bail by the Gautam Buddha Nagar District Court after five days of arrest.
