NSE Emerge-listed E to E Transportation Infrastructure Limited has issued a clarification regarding the value of a railway signalling and telecommunication contract awarded by the South East Central Railway (SECR), Raipur Division, correcting an earlier disclosure due to a typographical error.
In a regulatory filing dated January 4, 2026, the company stated that the correct value of the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is ₹27.34 crore, and not ₹273.48 crore as mentioned in its earlier announcement filed on the NSE Emerge portal on the same day.
The Letter of Acceptance, originally received on January 3, 2026, pertains to the execution of signalling and telecommunication works in connection with the construction of the fourth railway line between Durg–Durg Link Block stations, along with the provision of Distributed Electronic Interlocking (EI) at Durg station, including integration with the Durg Link Block Station under the Raipur Division of SECR.
The company clarified that the error occurred due to human oversight and confirmed that a revised and corrected disclosure was filed on the NSE Emerge portal at 14:45:48 on January 4, 2026, which supersedes the earlier filing in its entirety.
E to E Transportation emphasised that stakeholders should rely only on the corrected announcement for accurate information. The project remains part of the company’s railway infrastructure portfolio, focusing on signalling, telecom systems, cable laying, testing, and commissioning for rail network expansion and safety enhancement
