The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the introduction of three new housing schemes, offering a total of approximately 40,000 housing units:
- DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024
- This scheme provides 34,177 flats priced between ₹11.5 lakh and ₹28.47 lakh. Registration opens on August 22, 2024, at 11 am, and flat bookings start from September 10, 2024, at 11 am. The scheme will run until March 31, 2025. The flats, available in areas like Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini, and Narela, are aimed at low-income groups (LIG) and economically weaker sections (EWS) and will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- DDA General Housing Scheme 2024
- Also known as the DDA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024, this scheme offers around 5,531 flats priced from approximately ₹29 lakh to ₹2.18 crore. It includes options for high-income group (HIG), medium-income group (MIG), and low-income group (LIG) categories. Registration starts on August 22, 2024, with bookings beginning on September 10, 2024. The scheme will close on March 31, 2025.
- DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024
- This scheme features 173 flats, with prices ranging from ₹1.28 crore to ₹5 crore. It includes various categories such as penthouses, super HIGs, HIGs, and MIGs. Registration and earnest money deposit submissions start on August 21, 2024, at 11 am. The deadline for online registration and EMD submissions is September 16, 2024, by 6 pm, and final applications must be submitted by September 19, 2024, by 6 pm. The e-auction for this scheme is scheduled to begin on September 24, 2024.
