Century Plyboards (India) Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Nilima Joshi as an Independent Director for a five-year term from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030. The decision was approved through postal ballot and remote e-voting, as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The postal ballot process commenced on November 24, 2025, and concluded on December 23, 2025, with a total of 412 shareholders casting 205,759,239 valid votes.

- Votes against: 2,201,868 (1.07%)
The resolution received overwhelming support from both promoters and public shareholders. The e-voting process was conducted through NSDL, and scrutiny was carried out by MKB & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries.
