Ceigall India Limited on Saturday said its wholly owned subsidiary, Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited, has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Limited (MPRDC) for a major road infrastructure project in the state.
The project involves the construction of a greenfield, access-controlled four-lane highway with paved shoulders between Indore and Ujjain, spanning a total length of 48.10 kilometres. The highway will start near Pitra Parvat (Km 0.000) and terminate at Km 48.100 near the Simhastha bypass (Km 2.600).
According to the regulatory filing made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the project will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM).
