Bharti Hexacom IPO: The retail investor segment saw a subscription rate of 2.83 times, while the qualified institutional investor category was oversubscribed by 48.57 times. The non-institutional investor or high net worth category witnessed a subscription rate of 10.52 times.
The IPO comprised an offer for sale of 7.5 crore shares with no fresh issue component. Telecommunications Consultants India, the company’s sole public shareholder, divested a 15% stake in the company. The price range for the IPO was set between Rs 542 and Rs 570 per share.
