Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL), the Navratna defence public sector undertaking, announced that it has secured new orders worth approximately ₹569 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on January 1, 2026.
The additional orders have been received since the company’s last disclosure on December 29, 2025, and include contracts related to communication equipment, medical electronics, instant fire detection & suppression systems, upgrades, spares and services.
BEL, a key supplier of electronics and defence systems to the Indian armed forces and government agencies, continues to expand its order book through diversified product lines and ongoing project execution.
The orders form part of the company’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in defence electronics, security solutions and mission-critical systems, supporting India’s defence modernisation efforts.
