Ahmedabad, November 2, 2025: Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) announced that Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti has completed his term as an Independent Director of the company, effective from the close of business hours on November 2, 2025.
The company, in a filing to both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, confirmed the cessation and expressed appreciation for Mr. Haribhakti’s valuable contributions and guidance during his tenure.
In its official statement, Adani Total Gas said, “The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company place on record their appreciation for the valuable contributions and guidance provided by Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti during his association with the Company.”
Mr. Haribhakti, a well-known chartered accountant and corporate governance expert, has served on multiple boards across industries and brought deep insights into finance, compliance, and sustainability.
As per the disclosure norms, ATGL has clarified that the cessation is due to the completion of his term as an Independent Director and that there are no other material reasons for the change.
